a bit north of Homestead ave.. for 1.4 I think and put 2 to 4 apple engineers in each room for 1k each.. so 8 to 16k income per house..

They are open to being bought out of the property at $180,000, but that would have to be paid to the estate in a lump sum at closing.I haven't been to the property, but the pictures show that there is a mobile home and 2 barns (all falling apart and need to be demolished).

Take a look at Reno, it's is a solid area for rentals because of the limited new construction, tech and manufacturing jobs moving to the area (Tesla, Apple, Switch etc.) along with the lithium loop of mining and recycling to manufacturing batteries and vehicles.
