I have tried to do my due diligence on the company and founders and it appears to be legitimate - but I could be missing some things.

Unfortunately, appears you've gotten exactly what you deserved due to your poor screening.Hopefully, you've learned from this painful lesson.Hire a well-screened landlord-tenant attorney and evict them and sue for damages.

Seems like there are alot of alternatives but property data from these sites appears to be a money grap. 

Honest conversation about them being able to afford the property and expressing it appears they are struggling. 

The Registered Agent will record the documents on your behalf so only their name and information appear on the documents.

So it appears I am one ignoring the data, but I believe I have a good grasp of the risk and a plan to mitigate the risk.

Landlords are going to have to fix these properties, and with many cities looking for affordable housing solutions, these owners may be in trouble.Renting appears to be more in demand, and is currently cheaper than buying.

Appears REATLOR does have a "SINGLE PARTY COMPENSATION AGREEMENT"Would this work?
