Am I to expect dark wood paneling, antique furniture, rich Jewel tone fabrics and tapestry bed linens scattered with accents of animal print or is this more “free-love/ Lux Bachelor pad” dark and moody with sexy artwork?

@Carlos Verduzco Most agents won't tell you this, but working with FHA buyers is our least favorite...the lending process is very antiquated...very sensitive, and very slow...FHA loans are closing in 45-60 days in markets that are moving fast...mainly because the expansive and overburdensome underwriting and appraisal/inspection process.

Beds stolen, all drawers gone from antique set, my personal stuff taken out of a basement ( he requested access to laundry room). 

But to pretend not to apply technology to finding motivated sellers is almost antiquated.

With values rising so quickly, do you all seriously plan to keep it the presumed, antiquated 6% forever? 

What are your recommendations for growing a qualified buyers list without being spammed for purchase lists that have antiquated data?
