Looking for a handyman for a home remodel/rehab,not looking for a company but an individual with possibly 1-2 helpers.

He was a smaller company, with just him and two helpers.

You question was a little vague - are you trying to market owners who might be thinking of selling or are you trying to advertise to get better helpers to complete your pending and future projects on time and under budget.

Would be happy with a small cabin by the beach/mountains) -My dad is very supportive of my decision and wants to get involved in real estate himself, he has worked and saved up a large amount of disposable cash he is willing to invest, so I have him as a down-payment/cash helper.  

I'll say to myself, "so it will be one foreman with a journeyman as a helper. 

Heres what i would have charged you so you have an idea:-$450 top notch pay for helper with exp. for a helper that knew how to paint. its unlikely i would pay this much unless he specialized in painting. 150x3 days tops per helper. only 1 helper needed. no way no how this should have went 3 days. personally i would have done this job on my own with no help and that would have taken 3 days by myself.

New investors that marketed themselves as helpers to people in foreclosure made me feel sub legal by association long before there were specific laws against.

Maybe you can look for a job working for a contractor as a helper, or ?

You can do a 1031 to flip the house into a more expensive investment increasing your basis and deferring your taxes again.Again this is just my explanation late at night as to why I love property for taxes as a duel income no kids (tax helpers).
