My thoughts -- There's a ton of stuff you "could" do; whether or not you "should" do it will depend on some market factors.Mainly, will more curb appeal elevate rents to a level that they will create a positive ROI?

I’m scouring the country looking for a similar case or a legal expert with experience with whether such information is "private" and members who legally obtain it can be forced to keep it secret, or whether a fundamental First Amendment right to free speech might apply, especially where an owner has never signed any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before or after buying in.Thanks!

The stats are: -5 stories totaling 20,000 square feet above ground, plus a full basement which is partial commercial space and partial tenant storage/utilities-First floor commercial space is around 2300 square feet with an additional 1500 in the basement, 12' ceilings in the first floor-14 residential units above, most have private balconies or decks, elevator, bike storage, mail room.
