In my market, anything good goes way over list. 

The dumbest thing I’ve ever done was paying off my first two rentals and trying to pay off my primary.

It depends if you want the leads or not.In my market agents will host an open house for free as long as they get the leads.

While I’d love to invest locally, most properties here are beyond my price range.Right now, I’m compiling a list of potential properties, underwriting deals, and reaching out to Realtors.

Used them for my last renovation.

I've had to file the claim for the property and I hope it isn't too big of a deal because stuff happens that is out of my control. 

I have a W-2 job primary and my business partner has another business.

Due to my situation I made a mistake but renting my house when I moved out. 

I have an accounting degree, 5 years of experience as a property accountant in the commercial space, and 10 years of managing the books for my own rentals.
