Altos gives me RE data before any media outlet.

That would not be a Tenant charge at all...The damage seems to be due to impact, mostly affected areas are below the sink and refrigrator and some TV outlet (Assume there was a TV table).

The outlets needed to be relocated but we left most of the wall in place to use to support the island. 

Adding electrical outlets as in my area often a bedroom might only have 1 outlet in a C class unit.

Also as a heads up, in the meantime before you get it replaced, if you're working on any outlets or anything and you want to shut power down, just be aware that tripping the breakers may not actually de-energize the circuits!
