Not sure if you have an exterior camera on the property but it can assist in the future with evidence in your favor of any violation of the rules you’ve set out.

Our last few properties were bought with a 30 minutes walk through, a clipboard and a camera. 

I use Homeaway.com to advertise, take payments, manage my calendar ect.I also have an AirBNB account but it doesn't produce many vacation rentals.I have a great housekeeper that I text to schedule my cleaning.I use a Lockbox for keys.I have 2 Honeywell 9000 series thermostats to adjust temp when no one is there.I also just recently installed a camera system so I can see who arrives and make sure no one is breaking in when vacant.Very easy to manage remotely once everything is going.

I'd recommend and put up security cameras and change locks and get insurance now.That sounds super scary.  

Install a surveillance camera in your house facing the door and the HDTV, the camera connects to the internet and alerts you of motion. 

Bad night for raising money :) We stepped out into news cameras.

If the camera report says full obstruction, it doesn't matter if a couple toilets flush, you will most likely end up replace the sewer.

I always look for a company who does thermal imaging of the home used cameras to look where we aren't able to see (behind walls, main-line sewer, etc.) 

The camera work needs a little improvement but the information is there!
