thanks guys......i must say that i have been to and on countless investing sites and forums..and by far biggerpockets exceeds my expectations and all others on the web.....just from browsing i sense biggerpockets has a somewhat REI family feel...where everyone wants to help and encourage anyone and everyone to excel in REI....I love it...Keep up the good work guys......I will definetly be sticking around.

It requires some programming knowledge to interface with it, but it is a stand-alone database that will run in the background.If you have a small list and don't plan on growing too large, what James suggested (Access) would work just fine or you could probably make something cool in Excel if you prefer.
