If I owned something bigger than a four-plex and lived in it or worked on it on occasion, I would definitely pretend I was just a tenant or a contractor on payroll when I showed up to fix things or supervise work being done.

However, on occasion I have used Hello sign, which is free and easily used on the phone or ipad.Thanks for the votes!

Ok, so I have yet to start REI as I'm in my learning stages, but I've seen on multiple occasions where Investors are quick to say, NO!

We have done this on numerous occasions using a deed just like we would have if it had been a third-party sale.

Yes there have been people who have had good experiences with BoA (myself included) but the seems to be a rare occasion.
