No doubt like the rest of the country, Arkansas has its bright and dim spots, but I just talked to a very nice Realtor and investor down there (I talk to RE investors around the country because of my property management software business).Me: "How's the market down there?"

Is it legal to do w/o a R/E license?

I am considering moving to the area where this is located (Hazen AR, also known as the middle of nowhere).

The  commute to downtown Seattle is  closer to an hour now at  rush hour and will  lengthen when people return to work return ....drove  there ar  rush hour friday and  it was over  an hour  from NE  Seattle .....no time frame on the bridge fix ...likely   2-4 yrs ...this has to affect things  but   there are  so few homes ont eh market now - it seems like there hasnt been much of an effect yet
