I know golf as a sport has declined over the past few years, but with the world changing maybe outdoor sports such as golf will see a renaissance. 

It might not be a productive use of my time but it will be more entertaining than listening to the same old boring news and/or sports radio.

IMO, Breckenridge has it all of you want access to a vast trail system (all seasons/sports), recreation paths, events, and a walkable/bikeable lifestyle downtown.

Short of if that crowd were at a major sports arena or political campaign the answer is that you will notice individuality.  

I look for people who are going through similar adventures, be it kids or sports or business.

I think your 16% is really awesome, though, keep up the good work, sport.

MF is a team sport.

And I essentially have no hobbies aside from fishing and household projects, watch no TV, no sports, since I am already spending an average of 25-30 hours per week in real estate in addition to the 40 I spend in W-2 role.
