If they had questions they were often hesitant to give them answers without pitching the next level of training to them.With all due respect I think if you just network at your local REIA and read BP religiously that is all you will really need.

Had been sitting on the sidelines so long but finally after discovering BP I learned the lingo, started listening religiously and boom, within a year I have my first deal.

Just finished talking to my Private Mortgage Banker of Leaders Club Member and discussed his REI investments in a market never heard of $170K brand new house appraised for $190K.

I religiously listen to the BP podcast, listen to audiobooks on my commute to work everyday, read and analyze deals in the evening.
