If real estate in that area is going up, and the economy around there is improving, then it is likely to spread.It sounds funny, but the best leading indicator that I have seen for s neighborhood about to improve is the presence of artists and other young, trendy people.  

It's about creating that footprint and presence.  

I have worked with clients in similar situations, each insurance company is different regarding their guidelines, where if documentation is provided that the animal is a service animal they will allow the presence of the animal.

I still use some of these strategies that work in my local area for my marketing strategy but I would say 80% of my leads are coming from my online presence. 

If you deal with people promising the moon, lousy business presence and a "stay small keep it all mentality" (meaning they purposely stay small and don't hire team members in order to hold down costs), then whether they are a turnkey company or not makes no difference.  

Thankfully between us we have a lot of bookkeeping and IT experience so there are some costs we are comfortable in not having to incur, however the bigger expenses such as lawyers and accountants seem unavoidable, and from what I hear it is pretty important to get your name out there quickly and effectively through an online presence and advertising so you can pick up deals earlier than others.  

Both have a strong presence, yet persistent Wholesalers and Investors are building their businesses.
