I have added video cameras onsite for security and being able to monitor the property from a distance, and then I have found a local handyman that is interested in learning the business to do the weekly maintenance, cleanouts, etc. 

My property is pretty well seasoned and I only need to visit once every few weeks and also monitor the property via security cameras from home.

What I do to save a whole heap of time bring a camera with me and I take pictures of the documents.
