There are literally gas space heaters mounted to the walls that require you to light them much like you would a stove.

It looks like I need to have a wall mounted air handler replaced in a condo and I am wondering if someone knows a good HVAC contractor who does partial replacement and not insists on selling complete systems.

The wall mounted heater vent covers have been taken off the heaters (I’m guessing ripped off from the dog), stained carpet in both rooms. the bedroom door was locked so the tenent broke the door frame, they tried to fix it but did a horrible job.

But you don't have to gut, fish wires and if fishing doesn't work, like cross ceiling joists, then maybe use wire mold, surface mount.
