Which is too cheap imho but I'm locked into this lease until May 2021.I think I can get $1200 for the second floor of Unit 2 which is almost identical to the first unit, after some small renovations.And I will be living on the third floor, hopefully, rent free (PITI is $1959)

I did a Spokeo search and found the real Nicholas Willden and spoke with him by phone today and he is aware someone is using his identity and assured me he does not do private loans and it's a scam.

I also hope with the numbers I did on the property show that it is a good buy.. there are 3 buildings that are identical and all rented out.. all 3 buildings are for sale but i can only afford one with the amount of capital (25%down) they are requesting.
