I believe in addition to a service dog being properly trained and certified, the family would need a recommendation/prescription from their doctor stating the need.  

In my opinion not to behold the beauty of this great event would be the waste of a creation to the utmost.I would never trust my physical well being totally to a Doctor.

In Texas, a professional LLC is for doctors, lawyers, accountants etc... not professional REI.

I couldn't tell you how many doctored credit reports I've seen that came from the tenant directly.

If you want to be guaranteed treatment, just hire a private doctor (or team of doctors).

I believe according to Fair Housing you have the right to question the doctor and verify that the "letter" is legit.

When you do your second deal in the same month from that same marketing blast, that is when the real profits start to roll in and income climbs to hourly rates not obtainable by above average doctors and lawyers.
