It was only temporarily re-opened due to 9/11 as that was the closest place to put all the rumble from the Towers which was later sifted through looking for remains.The city was in such a mess that many people wanted Rudy to stay in place for the benefit of the city as the attacks happened so close to his leaving the office.Rudy even crossed party lines in his recommendation for Democratic Governor Cuomo over the Republican candidate who later went on to win the election, showing that he publicly and privately truly gave his opinion and support without worrying about partisan motives doing what he believed best for his constituents.These were just some of the positive things that Rudy did for NYC.Keep in mind that Rudy was mayor of a city that on any given business day had over 8 million people in it as many workers would commute daily from PA, NJ, and CT to work mostly in Manhattan.

The closest thing to a class was like 1 hour a week you would hop on a call with your coach and 15 other people, and he would say some **** he was reading right out of a Kiyosaki book, and then leave us to talk about it amongst ourselves.

Where's their incentive to get you a good tenant when they make more money if the tenants are constantly changing.If you can't find a property in your own backyard that will cashflow, then I would pick the closest area that will work.

Cosmetically it ain't perfect, and there are things we are doing to improve that, but if you took the five closest buildings on the block we're not the best but I'd say 3rd.

There has to be some opportunities here - everyone here locally is fighting over deals like dogs for a scrap of meat on a steak bone - I want to find something else to do or create another revenue stream while deal flow is slow and the excess landlords get shaken out of the market by some sort of correction that needs to happen to weed out the bad operators.  

What they fail to realize is that the properties that come the closest or exceed the 2% property are typically in the worst areas that most experienced RE investors avoid (exception for those that specialize in rough areas) . 

But comparing being a landlord invested in real estate rentals to stock investing is comparing apples to steaks.

The closest university are Sam Houston State University and The University of Houston (So it wouldn't really attract students needing housing)3.

Wreck, drive through the garage liability....They should rent their latest and best imports with their own insurance.Put some hams, steak and best beer in the frig will you?

Do it yourself and you will have the same LLC and money in your pocket for a nice steak dinner.
