I am curious, since they are that large if they have a Certified Property Manager®, CPM®, or, Accredited Residential Manager®, ARM®, management certification.

Moving the $1 million into a self directed IRA avoids tax payment, so even if I had no assets prior, I would then be an accredited investor, meeting the $1 million net worth criterion.

While we have grown our portfolio quite well (we are up to 19 rentals currently and reach Accredited Investor a few years ago) we still feel small, invest conservatively, and make good decisions every single time.

I hope to build to an accredited investor with $1m net worth.  

You can have up to 35 sophisticated investors, no limit on accredited investors.
