I've been getting more and more calls of people struggling to to be able to refi.3) I'm not against a HELOC while in growth mode, but I know many people that overnight lost these and/or the balloons came due and they couldn't refi out during the last recession.

Pete area and want to know if anyone has recommendations of banks I should go to to inquire about a loan?

My aircraft is small and high wing (Cessna 150), the second aircraft should probably be low wing but there should be a comfortable amount of space for it.Would be great to to sublease to a real estate investor and pilot as we'd often cross paths!

Homes in Pittsburgh are so cheap for a combination of reasons: the steel implosion brought on some tough times for this area, when many people fled to to find work elsewhere.

If I was going to house hack I would to to NE.  

I'm doing to to keep my options open.... its not the tenant asking for some accommodation.

When u say either service sucks, what other services are u comparing them to to make that claim?
