She really hasn't budged an inch, and my impression is she and her company are deceitful and take advantage of out of state investors because she has total control through her management and rehab team on the ground.

Code is R49 or spray foam, but they only have roughly 9.5 inches of room to work with. but, R49 is about 14 inches thick.

To the people in colder areas where there is snow, for example, here in Philly, we just got more than 6 inches of snow a few days ago, how does the snow play into maintaining the Laminate floors in your units?

I would be nervous to transport it and risk a crack.It's also extremely heavy. ...Good points in that post from Rob K; just wanted to add a few comments.Some installers will leave the sink cut-out piece attached with a small section at all four sides of the sink; those small cuts then get made in the field.It's so heavy that if you are considering a breakfast bar where there is more than a few inches of overhang (the value for "few" will depend on the granite specifics, but I would say 8 to 12 inches max), then you should consider adding supports below the overhang; granite isn't meant to be cantilevered too much.

Still put the dishwasher to the right of the sink but add a 15 or 18 inch pantry somewhere and let the tenants purchase an island or not.

Have a nother question about my new Section 8 tenant..I was there yesterday to cut the small lawn and check the heater(at least that is what my lease says) Anyway, I go into the basement and it is flooded with 2 inches of human waste..The floor drain backed up and I was lucky to find used tampon applicatiors and some other objects.
