The higher risk deal - the higher the potential returns and vice-versa.

So a sponsor that's great for one investor will probably be terrible for another (and vice versa).I'm a conservative investor, so when I invest in real-estate I prefer sponsors that have at least one full real-estate cycle of experience, little to no money lost, low leverage, and high skin in the game.And right now is a challenging environment for certain asset classes like office, some multifamily etc.

Also, the guys who are buying the big deals are not interested in the little deals, and vice versa.

Vice versa, I find that the $60,000 2nd mortgage is foreclosing on the property, so am I responsible for paying the $300,000 winning bid (since the $60,000 2nd mortgage is already factored into the $200,000 upset price) and whatever amount is remaining on the $100,000 1st mortgage?

And yeah, I have been forecasting this for some considerable time, as i predicted google it, there is a chorus of industry "captains" now declaring the same; STAGFLATION.

One thing I'm working towards is being able to facilitate investment opportunities by connecting Chinese investors to foreign investment opportunities and vice versa.
