A few thoughts: 1) We will see a big drop in GDP in Q1 and Q2 - in a consumer driven market this will translate into real estate.

Around here, many times that translates to those areas in Central and Western Mass.

It can certainly translate into a good investment.

My FI number is very conservative, because I am looking for a way to simply free up my time to focus on stuff that I can enjoy and ultimately translate to an income.

That one moment in time could make them feel better for the whole day which could translate to how they interact with others friends,family,etc.So I personally believe positive giving by people larger or small can have great impact.
