@Dustin Faeth If your wife is concerned about these issues, why not dip your toe in the water and try wholesaling a bit on the side?

But it seems for a beginning investor that its a great way to dip my toes in the waters.

I've also dipped my toes in a little further recently by helping my parents buy a new house and renting out their old condo with the help of a management company.Currently am looking for buy and hold opportunities in markets such as Kansas City MO, Greensboro NC, Columbus OH as properties in my local markets are just a tad bit out of my price range. 

The angled piece goes forward, so people have clearance for their toes as they climb the steps.

Only recently became interested in wholesaling so now they all stick out like a sore thumb.
