Why not just put down some plastic poly sheets up there?

I have the same problem, my PASA does not do anything that would help me a lot, just because he has bigger fish to fry, I would probably contact Derek if he could work on all states.

@Jack Zhuang, it seems like you are trying to justify how a “small fry” can participate in the larger deals as opposed to being “stuck” with smaller multifamily.  

I would also recommend  hard backer  for the subfloor its great.The demo dust can go every were but use some plastic and get your day labor to vacuum up .

They stole my window A/C and the plastic piece that holds the batteries in my thermostat, and they took their clothes, but everything else is still there.So I sent a text message: "Should I take these keys as an indication you do not intend to come back?"

You might consider a metal mini-blind (not plastic).

You place all neatly scanned originals and copies in a plastic tub you buy at Home Depot or Staples.
