I have a scoring sheet and use a point system; every applicant is yes, no, or holding pattern no matter what my husband thinks.German shepherds are classified as dangerous breeds.  

It'd be an issue if you had hundreds or thousands of units and made it a pattern of not replying to people with Hispanic names, but that's clearly not the case. 

Oh, and a few months before that is a false reporting charge... and a few months before that another paraphernalia charge... and at this point I'm thinking I don't want that pattern repeating itself in my unit.

It is intended that RS zoning be applied in areas where the land-use pattern is characterized predominately by detached houses on individual lots or where such a land use pattern is desired in the future.

This past years I’ve been working on my personal development and I noticed a pattern (I bet you’ve been here before) wherein I THINK of things that I want to excel in but later on find myself DOING the exact opposite.

Study the Realtor listings and note down the advantages of the home that the Realtor or agent  is listing - you will see a pattern - Realtors know what sells in that price point and you can glean a lot of helpful information about marketing from being familiar with them.The other thing that I would say is try to get a feel for the materials used in the higher end homes and include at least one of those if you can - feature walls, subway tile, a granite island top if you don't want to kit out the whole kitchen etc.

I'm 62 years old and my mom had a green linoleum kitchen floor in that same pattern, green fridge and range as well.

If they had three DUI and a revoked license, that would indicate more of a pattern of reckless behavior.
