I would encourage you to keep track of all of your photos - especially before and after so you can create a nice presentation to future partners or lenders that highlights your work.

But overall, you've definitely highlighted some important expenses that I need to revisit. 

These results highlight that forcing landlords to provide insurance to tenants against rent increases can ultimately be counterproductive.

If they have an in-house marketing department, they can print door hangers, flyers and postcards highlighting your recent sale.
