Personally I believe that the cats already out of the bag as far as economic impact from this virus.

I just figured that kids toss them in their bags when mom and dad are hustling them out the door.

And most often the property owner is left holding the bag. 

I told the tenant there was nothing I could do, but to buy bags of ice and put them in the fridge/freezer until the tech could come out.  

With the exception of a bag Boy at Food Villa in Cupertino CA circa 1971...

My recommendation is that you get a snow service that is bonded and reimburse your tenant for bags of salt as needed.

The thing that stops me is that even though I'm a podcaster's ideal listener: I binge listen most of the work day, recommend the ones I like, and rate and review everything I listen to, the thing that stops me is that I can't convince myself someone hasn't already done what I want to do, and done it better.Maybe I'm too hard on myself, but I suspect I'm seeing the situation authentically.
