It was mostly, however, information pertaining to the average income, who the citizens of the town were, their behavior.. etc.  

Your best bet is to replace them, not even Citizens will insure them.

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ? 

I didn't just read a few articles about this subject, I was a subscriber to a site that teaches the average citizen how to research the laws pertaining to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), what a servicing company can't and can't do as it pertains to foreclosures, The MERS system, Bifurcation,  and much more.

I am an American/Israeli citizen and the majority of the funding will be cash of Israeli citizens who are interested in putting their money into american real estate as a long term investment.

Demand and Supply throughout the county are seriously out of whack.So, what is the Snohomish county leadership doing about this in order to prepare for rapid growth and to protect local citizens from rent hike-driven economic calamity?

Lot can be done by private citizens and businesses. 

When NOLA flooded we had 250,000 of that city's "finest" citizens move to Houston and take up residence.

I've spoke to First Citizen's quite a bit about different investment loans and I've been very impressed with them.
