Streamline FHA refinance the one currently in an FHA mortgage.

I'm trying to be fair to the guy, but also want to streamline my business here.

She later got a job in Walnut Creek, and FHA allowed her to keep the FHA financing on the Salinas house and turn it into a rental (and let her refinance it with the FHA streamline refi), then buy another FHA financed house in Oakland - because it would be too far for her to commute from Salinas to Oakland.So, that's one example where you can have more than one FHA loan at the same time, with their permission to keep one as a rental.  

Unless you want to refinance to get a better rate, then FHA will let you do a streamline refi.

A good hotelier brings in a 3rd party manager to streamline that, yes it may be a high cost but on a day to day basis a hotel brings in more revenue so it evens out.

and I'd send them all a text, too, saying you won't be sending them payment requests anymore, you'll just be texting them the amount due.If you can streamline letting them know what they owe, then it's their responsibility to pay you in whatever way you've agreed.If you're in CA, I don't think you can charge a service fee, unless it's an actual out of pocket cost.
