In the meantime, what steps should I be taking or investigating regarding a social media presence?

The first thing that stood out to me was how the head of TKP, Josh Weidman, had a decent online presence – videos on strategic renovations, rental markets, tenant retention, etc. – and the content wasn’t a sales pitch.
