To take advantage of a tool that eliminates future tax liability entirely strikes me as a very, very good bet.More broadly, I have noticed that BiggerPockets is full of fanatics.  

I would think they could "see through" my cost cutting ways with plexiglass and think it's a cheap rental with a lower level of care by the landlord.The aged design of your window doesn't strike me as being conducive to a high end rental. 

What type of financing deals are you striking?

I feel like there should be some sort of education or experience/mentorship program where someone guides you from start to finish in the investing process so you get first hand experience doing deals before completely striking out on your own.

I'm personally just settling in to buying my first home and rehabbing to prepare for a house hack, stash cash for the next year or two and be ready to strike for when real deals pop up.

Even though you rehabbed, it will save you a migraine to have an inspector point out potential issues prior to a buyers home inspection.

Only a couple of places where your emotions (frustration/anger) showed through.Their response letter strikes me as off base and far more emotionally charged than yours.
