This is a bit different but hoping you all will be generous with some insight.

Be generous and great things will happen. 

That said,most here on BP are very generous, it's just getting over that hump to ask for it.

Given a stagnant population and its relatively small size compared to the rest of the Front Range, much less the state overall, I think you're being rather generous.

@Jay Hinrichs has been super generous with his time for me (thanks Jay) and I'd be happy to pay that forward. 

As usual I will begin with thanking all of you extremely generous people who reply with your hard earned knowledge before hand.

(and I being generous considering the values of the properties on the street!)

It sounds like a lot of others have had good luck with their local credit unions as well.For those generously sharing their insights in future posts, it would be great if you could state the lender you used if you feel comfortable doing so.

It should take the contractor less then an hour per window (and that is generous).
