Hi, They should secure their dogs because if the dogs attack someone the can be sued.

Anytime we would get near the cat he would hiss and try to attack us.

Don't get confused.. harassment and infliction of emotional distress are just different angles and concepts that they could attack from. 

The fellow on the phone instantly went into primal jerk attack mode and instantly threatened my partner with fines and loss of license.  

Do you factor in other information, or just wait for it to hit the banks list (public or not) & then attack?

No amount of success stories, no number of impossible situations that Agents are not equipped to handle, no logical attack on flawed equity stripping logic or questioning if I was "ethically" obligated to offer top dollar (I'm not, you're not, heck, they don't even do it in retail) could slake the hate or turn the tide of an entrenched culture.

Thankfully this thread has not started the personal attacks, otherwise it would get moderated.I think a lot of what I did read was totally wrong.

We already had a great CPA and as of last year we now have a great bookkeeping service that keeps our books clean and consistent, while providing the financial insights we need to attack opportunities better.

I do not want you to feel attacked as your potential tenancy has received some negativity.
