Same for electric meters etc.I don't know how it got to be this way, instead of the typical:351 NE 4 STREET unit 1,2,3 or unit A,B,C...The problem is it appears some companies does not know how to deal with a "hyphen" in the street number, and yet when referring to the entire property, a hyphen is used in the official address.When I went to the city to turn water on, it's the water for the whole building, and their property database needed a pure numeric number, and they just randomly put in 351.Recently I contacted FEMA to filed change of map amendment to get it reclassified it's flood zone so I can reduce the flood insurance, FEMA told me they can't process my application because the street number contains a hyphen. 

I saw there is an ADU ordinance that was passed in 2012 and then there was talk of an amendment to expand it in 2015, but I haven't seen any official announcement of it being changed from the initial 2012 ordinance that the ADU's needed to be within half a mile of TRAX.

The operating agreement is something that can be amended at any point. 

Perhaps the amende honorable or some crispy auto-da-fé action?

At issue in the case was whether the City’s ordinance violated the Fourth Amendment, because it subjects homeowners to a warrantless inspection of their property.

Maybe I'm crazy but as a born citizen, with a birth certificate, I'm documented all over the place and have to carry my registration papers OR I GO TO JAIL for exercising my rights under the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

It seems it would require a lot of bandwidth, both speaking with the seller's closing and having auction.com amending the contract to reflect both closing companies and then sending it back to the seller to approve.

And that won't change even if you make amends over this particular incident.  

We added my wife as 5% owner  "member" to all my LLCs with just an amendment to my operational agreement.  

Kind of violation of the 4th amendment.
