@Minh Le is tearing things up in the SF Bay Area the old fashioned way: through excellent capital raising skills and honest relationship building. 

I have to have the deck treated/cleaned in some fashion.  

I’m looking to get started in a similar fashion.

I know it's fashionable now, and politically expediant to bash Bush and say what a great job Obama is doing, but it's also drivel if every single thing is not taken into account. imo

Sorry @Bob Malecki I've never had a problem with any SD IRA company deploying funds in a timely fashion besides Equity Trust.  

It means trouble in some form or fashion and all it takes to remedy is $$$$$$$

The mayor appears to manage the town in a notably "communistic" fashion, supporting lower-income Latin voters (e.g. my house receives four turkeys each Thanksgiving holiday) and discouraging external investment.
