No other book I know of or have read( and i have read over  50 this year alone) is packed with such incredible motivation and inspiration to be an entrepreneur and get into real estate like the book -rich dad poor dad .

We have Entrepreneur mindsets ready to learn this business.

There are lots of opportunities to buy established businesses for low multiples of cash-flow and or revenue, and there are great returns to be had here for entrepreneurs willing to put in the work.Hope this helps! 

is it because of asset protection, better tax treatment or putting on a " entrepreneur" hat with business entity/cards in place.
