Hello Fellow investors,I recently closed few Properties (Memphis-TN, Littlerock-AR, Columbus-OH) as most of you know the lenders would not allow to borrow the money on an LLC so i had to put my name on the loan and the title company wouldn't let me put the deed on LLC during closing.

My team is currently building an out of state team in Arkansas, and I have been looking to build some connections with wholesalers in the area.

I live in Springfield and have properties throughout the Springfield Metro and NW Arkansas.

I currently have a lien on a property here in Hot Springs, Arkansas and received notice from COSL that the property was tax delinquent and slated for sale in July.

@Scott Krone it is a R-3 with restrictions on built-upon because how close it is to Lake Wylie.If we divide the land into lots, would that help?

I am in a high property tax state so if I did a long term rental I’d probably look in Arkansas and do a property management company
