Things were ok, I BRRRR’d 2 of them (I learned from trial and error, didn’t discover Bigger Pockets until 2017) as they appreciated, the rest I bought for 20-30K each, all in I was at or under 35k each, rented from $675-800 depending on bedrooms.

They all have free trials and the price per month for one property was reasonable enough for us to keep trying them out.What I liked about Pricelabs was they seemed easy to use, have recommendations on pricing but you don't have to use the recommendation and can set your own, and they sync with our OwnerRez, VRBO, and Airbnb so I just make the changes there and it syncs once a day. 

Not sure how it is in NY but usually if you give the tenant a 14 day notice, they have the right to cure, sometime even on the day of trial and you are stuck with them.
