All cabinets from Lowes & were slightly damaged $980 (I'd been collecting them for a few months).Laminate counter tops $200.Appliances were a Samsung deal for another flip we're doing so we added these to the order.Fridge $425, Stove $325, DW $400 Microwave $23 ( It was a $249 Frigidaire Gallery unit but side was dented & I did some sheet metal repair).

I think some of the info may help you in this process:Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.
