I do know that I can't duplex it legally, so I would always occupy part of it.The biz just ships goods all day long.

@Neil Nagaria Hi Neil I'm not sure where you are but there is an auction sure here in Canada that ships to the US.

Then the home warranty company insisted on supplying the part  (something any local guy would gone and picked up same day)... it had to be sourced and shipped in, but because of the particular unit it was out of stock.  

I think the ship sailed on major appreciation and most experienced investors know this.

however I cannot find anything speaking to that.I currently bank with Wells Fargo, and have wanted to change for some time - however, I closed on my first flip today and tried to deposit the check with them and they are holding the funds for 12 days before putting them into my account- so I want to make a change anyways.. just didn’t know if I should consider who I would like to build a relationship ship with for investing when choosing where to store my checking / savings accounts (business & personal)thanks guys?!

I want to work on a development project for small multifamily (duplex, triplex..) using shipping containers in the Houston area. 

The only new information was the "packages" that they offered... overpriced IMO.So im going to ask members your opinion.We have a few properties in 2 estates, we live in one of this estates.Should we...1- Open a Series LLC, then a Land trust to "mask the owner ship of it", then open child series, open another Land trust, deed one property to it and do the same for every child series?

GI Bill is good - I have a hard time understanding why people go get additional student loans just to pay more back.You don't have to be a real estate agent to invest in real estate.I'd also caution against just jumping ship to be a full time agent when you can do it part time (me) and transition to it.
