I'd get a black one, then all the appliances are black.If you could change out the sink for one that's a single sink with a new faucet like the one in the picture linked below, it would make it look a lot more modern and I love the new ones - it's so much easier to wash a huge stock pot.

Tell them that you are concerned because the trash is not disposed of, but placed on the property in a manner that the children can get into it and that there is so much pot smoking in the unit that it is very noticeable.
