Having worked for years with lobbyists in California the first thing you need to do is frame your approach in a way that is the least offensive.

Having a mentor who actually does what you are learning in the real world is also a key factor in getting you over the hump.In regards to some comments on wholesalers - Jeffery called them bottom feeders and Pat took offense.

I found this to be very offensive only to think that I would take money to write a positive review!!!

Call the city code office if you see an offense...tall grass, trash in the yard, etc.

Already planning to get my 2nd in Augustno offense but on BP  one post that is glowing like this is the kiss of death for the turn key company.. 

We are hoarding cash, shifting from offense to defense by pausing evictions and doing zero-increase renewals to save NTVs.
