As a matter of fact, the Scythians in the bible times covered themselves in tats, including their women, something they did to appear "scary and vicious" because both men/women fought in battle on horseback and used scare tactics like this to keep them from even having to go to war.

For me at first it sounded overwhelming bc I didn’t feel it was my experience ( I’m a nurse ).Once I understood fully -the numbers , saw the big picture, realized I had value in process , meeting contractors , getting bids , networking , painting , brainstorming and it made sense more than me working as as a nurse ...I am now on board ;) Understanding the process from a women’s view , and understanding our roles and value we bring !!
