Whatever attorney you hire will not file the grievance, attorneys are loathe to file grievances against other attorneys unless it is virtually criminal behavior. 

I now find it difficult to trust a company with such questionable behavior moving forward.

I give a long leash of understanding for past behavior personally.

A totally unnecessary behavior and bridge burner that will motivate me more to tell people NOT to use his service.

The best way to receive an honest landlord reference about an applicant is to ask questions about their previous tenant’s renting behavior (not about their personality).

We had many incidents of tenants flooding their entire living room having their balconies deteriorate due to negligent behavior.

Thanks for sharing for others and I can confirm this is not normal behavior from lenders, you should have had a completely different experience!

If they have a bunch of late payments and yet the landlord says they've been good, I would trust the credit report behavior more and discount the landlords statement.
