The heat combined with the intense sun (UV damage) would deteriorate and degenerate the wood, rendering it not at the same level that it was originally [Wood products are rated/graded, you will see this stamped on wood when you buy it and it is called out by architects and engineers]So unfortunately no, I seriously doubt that the wood is going to be approved.

I offer 500k and thought they would shoot me.. but we settled at 570 for a quick close but then it took 9 months to get through the BAR arch situation you basically have to fully design your house with an architect before they will approve plans.. plus you have to use certain materials.. so build cost is 250k a foot or more.. but we already have a few people sniffing..
