We only had a few stores that required masks and that was during the most recent "outbreak" which quickly dried up when people realized the number of positive cases were rising but deaths continued to drop.I think there are more people taking vacations by car than by plane.

Fedex also has their #2 facility here (behind #1 memphis).

Start raising capital and credit, jump out of the plane and go all in....Even though your median home prices are $280K, you should be able to find cheaper properties to buy and hold.

so you’re going to take the easy money you made in the Bay Area and hopefully try to replicate that in a place you know nothing about and is a 3-4 hour plane ride away? 

My best HS buddy joined the USAF to be a loadmaster on cargo planes. 

We got them to change it because Costco did that language usually if they are in the same plane and parking lot.
