I had a tenant that we end up evicting in June this year and it turns out a simple court search of the tenant by myself reveals that the tenant had past eviction, collection, and judgment that got to the point of creditors and landlord had to file legal proceddings in court. 

Please help~ I shouldn't reveal this publicly but here is what you do:1) Go to probate court clerk2) Ask where they sell the probate leads list.

A check into the circuit clerks office revealed that she hasn't even been served with foreclosure papers yet.  

I don't know why they are not moving and when I ask, they say they can't find a place, although a quick such on craigslist reveals many places in their price range.

During the application process, was it revealed that the tenant earned 3X the rent? 

For instance, your "is this animal trained to perform a task" question can be seen as leading to discover what task the animal is trained to do, which can reveal medical information.

I strongly believe in having a home inspected as this will reveal facets of the home that many buyers would not normally consider, and help to determine any unforessen costs.
