I've tried searching on biggerpockets, REIA facebook groups, and still no success.I've steadily grown my portfolio from 2 in 2013 to 13 units in 2017 (but sold 4 in the last 2 years).

I get about the same amount of deals from mailers as I used to, but as I mentioned before I have added and grown the other channels that I use as well.My deal breakdown is pretty close to 25% from mailers, 25% from wholesalers, 25% from website traffic and 25% from the auction.

My dad and his siblings haven't grown the portfolio, so I feel that it's up to me to expand the portfolio and create a better future for me, my brother, and my cousins.With some money my dad got from selling a property in Hawaii and some money I had saved, he and I bought a townhouse here in Seattle and I started renting it out a few months ago to some tenants who (so far, fingers crossed!)
